The owner speaks English perfectly well, he is very friendly and adviced many things to visit. Location is just in the middle of cultural center of Kyoto just next to the temples. Appartment is very clean, everything is new. Expecially we liked traditional japaneese room )

The nearest convenience store is a 20-second walk away. The location is amazing, nearby good restaurants and cafe, walking distance to Nishiki Market dan to kawaramachi street. The bed and the pillow are super comfortable, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to stay in R&Run Kyoto, and i will definitely choose this again when i come back to Kyoto.
