After I made the booking, Sam messaged the instructions on Booking.com page & as well as my whatsapp together with the QR code for entering the property. The reception counter is located at level 3. Sam greeted us, I pay RM 200 cash deposit (refundable upon check-out). We received 2 access card & 1 car access RFID, and 1 parking spot at level 6 since we are driving by ourselves. Upon checking out, Sam gave complimentary toiletries set. Last but not least, the price is bonus. Since this is low peak season, I get to book RM 250++ for 3 bed + 2bath suite.
