Spacious, modern, comfortable, warm, lots of parking, private, quiet, and great kitchen, bathrooms and laundry facilities. The bed was very comfortable. It was lovely being able to walk around the acres of private woodland, listen to the birds, and look out onto the green trees. The inn was only a couple of minutes' walk for drinks and dining. Handy, central location for driving to the Neist Point lighthouse, Queraing, Old Man of Storr, and Portree. Phil and Karen were great hosts.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts provided everything we needed and more from extra towels, bed linens, fully stocked kitchen to the special touches like Prosecco and tea cakes! The views are spectacular and the bed were extremely comfortable. We’ll be back during our next Isle of Skye visit, thank you for having us!

Very spacious, well equipped. Large passage running the full length of the apartment was very convenient for leaving suitcases open without affecting living space. Location was between Portree and Dunvegan, with easy access to a co-op, restaurants and multiple tourist attractions. Skeabost hotel less than 5 mins drive serving good food & delicious breakfast

The cabin was immaculate. Location was perfect.. On our first evening we spotted an Eagle and we saw it again on our last morning. Will definitely return and will recommend to family and friends.

Perfect location in the middle of Skye, 30 to 60 minutes away from all the important places. The cottage is stunning. Everything is new, modern, spotless, elegant and very tastefully made. The hosts were friendly and we really liked the attention to details (tulips, room perfume, a few snacks, wood for the fireplace). You have everything you could need in terms of facilities. We stayed for almost a week and felt like home. It's the perfect place to stay and relax. You can enjoy the stunning views of the loch during the day, maybe you are lucky and see a few deer. Later you can look at stars from the bed or maybe from the living room, while you listen to the fire crackling in the fireplace. Sounds magical? It really is!

The hand-picked furniture and decor, the little details, and the fireplace create a comforting atmosphere and make you feel right at home. Alistair's island tips were invaluable and helped us to replace some of the tourist hotspots with great alternatives. As a bonus, he even helped us pump up the tyre on our rental car, saving us a trip to the local petrol station.

The kitchen has a selection of pans and utensils to knock up and easy meal. Its very warm an cosy, the bath was also a nice relaxing highlight. The raised bed stays nice and warm all night and its very comfy. The hosts are well organised and give good tips on local places to eat and shop.
