The room is super comfortable and cosy. I had the best stay. Breakfast buffet which is included in the price is open until 2pm! It’s super rare to have a buffet all day. It exceeded my expectations. The room, the food, location and the friendly staff, everything is great. My card didn’t work during check-in and the friendly staff said I can just enter the room and pay the next day so that’s what I did. This level of understanding almost never happens. I’m grateful. Thank you for everything.

Very spacious and clean room with a pleasant design and a lot of light. The view from our room was great, both to the sea and to the mountains. The hosts were very accommodating even late at night. For the price we had it was the best stay, better than expected.

Friendly owners, very easy to contact with them, they work 24h per day, quick check in. Very comfortable and clean apartments, as at photo. We like 47 floor and view was amazing, sea and the mountains, and the night city. Only good reccomendations!

    We had an incredible experience at this apartment in Batumi! The location is fantastic – a quick stroll to the beach and local shops, cafes, and restaurants. The flat itself is clean. The host was truly outstanding; communication was swift and they were so helpful. The view from the balcony, over the Black Sea, was the icing on the cake. We loved our stay.     The stay was horrible, nothing written in the page is real. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The private owner was extremely rude. We booked first studios and they were extremely small so we needed a bigger apartment, turns out it was as written on booking, FAKE DESCRIPTION. We had to book another hotel. The breakfast was small and not worth the price

    Pretty cozy apartment with beautiful sea view in the very center of Batumi, equipped with everything needed to stay. Europe square is near the hotel , and it usually loud here but soundproofing is perfect and didn't here anything from outside. We were staying in spring and it was warm at flat.David answers quickly and helps with all the questions, really responsible staff .

    Tidy modern apartment located on the 20th floor of the Orbi Beach Tower overlooking the Kachinsky park and with a fabulous sea view. The flat includes, AC, a minimal kitchenette (a micro and water cooker plus some cutlery), a comfortable double bed and a washing machine. There are blinds to block out sun from the full-sized windows.

    Modern spaceous apartment 2 mins walk from the beach. Though the ground is still under construction my studio on the 40 floor was super quiet . Beds are mega comfortable. note: this is not a hotel but a condo building where the landlords rent out to tourists through agencies. Hence your experience might differ. I had a blast !

    Functionally furnished and spacious apartment on the 13th floor. The huge balcony has a direct view of the sea and the beach boulevard. The apartment is not affected by the street noise at the back of the huge and centrally located Magnolia condominium complex. Thank you to Anna and her father for the generous hospitality and their impressive service.
