From the moment I arrived at the airport, I was greeted by one of the hosts, who exuded warmth and hospitality. With their comprehensive knowledge of the island and Furnas, they expertly guided me through the local area, ensuring I felt well-informed and at ease. The apartment itself surpassed all expectations. Its impeccably clean and tastefully decorated interiors instantly instilled a sense of tranquility. The inviting living room, complete with a cozy couch, provided a perfect haven for relaxation. The bathroom's washer and dryer proved to be invaluable conveniences. Each morning, I would awaken to the gentle sounds of the world awakening, finding solace in the breathtaking views of the town and the surrounding landscapes. After a day of exploring the island's wonders, I eagerly returned to the apartment, drawn by its comforting ambiance and the promise of a restful night's sleep. The terrace also served as an enchanting location for stargazing. With ample storage space, I effortlessly settled into my temporary home, feeling a sense of security and privacy. The hosts' attentiveness to detail was evident throughout my stay, demonstrating their genuine care for their guests' well-being. They had clearly anticipated my needs, providing me with everything I required for a comfortable experience. Furnas itself proved to be a treasure trove of natural beauty and cultural charm. The apartment's prime location granted me effortless access to the town's most captivating attractions. Parque Terra Nostra, with its botanical gardens and rejuvenating thermal pool, was a very short stroll away. Poça da Dona Beija thermal pools offered another sanctuary of relaxation, while Parque da Grená provided an escape into nature's embrace. The opportunity to return to this exceptional apartment, this charming town, and this enchanting island fills me with immense anticipation.

Very nice clean accommodation, fully equipped for cooking and laundry. Great location, beautiful view from the balcony, comfortable beds. Perfect.

NO NEED TO BROWSE OTHER PLACES TO ACCOMMODATE!!! The host who welcomed us had taken care of absolutely everything! The whole rooms was warm, a bottle of wine and bread were waiting for us on the table! Coffee for the following mornings was also provided. The view from the terrace was also impressive (there was also a swing on which to drink your coffee) Another bonus that we did not expect was the outdoor jacuzzi, which completed the idyll completely!

Leticia, our host, was wonderful! She helped us with recommendations on local activities and amenities. She was also very quick to reply whenever we had any questions. The apartment is close to so many cafés and places to eat as well as a small fruit stand. There is also a small grocery store within walking distance. There is a walking trail that starts nearby and leads to Furnas lake. Really, we loved staying here!

Great host and accommodation! The backyard terrace overlooking the garden is beautiful and a great place to sit outside. The daily fresh buns at the door were amazing and the food items left were very thoughtful. There is a little grocery store not far away to add whatever you need. We even saw sardines being delivered, and tied to houses on the street! Tony’s and A Quinte are just down the street. We found this location to be very walkable, although we did drive to the Hot Springs at night. The host has dark towels available for your use. We had street parking right in front of the accommodation. Definitely walk all around the town as well as the lake and see the chapel and waterfall. Go to both the East and west of the island to compare the different landscapes. Take some hikes for whatever you are capable of undertaking. It’s simply amazing. We stayed in Villa Do Franco after Furnas and love that location as well.

Perfect location walk to restaurants parks hot springs bakeries Supermarkets etc the apartment totally perfect well stocked with all you need even towels for hot springs and an umbrella for changeable weather, spacious and modern and spotless, we loved it

Amazing location! Loved how responsive the owner was. Literally 5 min. walk to Terra Nostra (Thermal Bath and Gardens) and Poça da Dona Beija (Thermal Baths). Three groceries stores and many restaurants within walking distances. Parking was always available on the same street or in front of the apartment. Super easy to use door pin-pad and immaculately clean place overall. Hot water was also plentiful. Super convenient and easy to use on-site washer & steam dryer (clothes dried on a rack by next day). Plentiful of paper towels, soap, detergent and full kitchen equipment. Dehumidifier and space heater was a life saver. In Dec. it gets cool at night so the heater made it so much more comfortable and the dehumidifier helped after showers. Also we were pleasantly surprised by the extra perk of NetFlix, which was a life saver during down days. Small and friendly area, super safe neighbourhood even when walking out at 10pm at night. I am already looking forward to being back and recommending it to all my friends and family. Thank you for the wonderful and relaxing stay!
