All hotel staff, without exception, were very attentive and friendly. We are grateful to all of them who really welcomed my family of four. Hotel is very well located in front of Duke's Statue in Waikiki beach, near many restaurants. Hotel room is like an apartment, one master suite (king bed and a big bathroom with a lot of amenities), another room and bathroom, a very big kitchen so well equipped (really like everything I have at home), a big living room with big smart TV (TVs on each bedroom too) and finally, a really big balcony perfect to have a breakfast looking to the sun rise over the sea. Before I forget to mention, wash machine and drier inside the room, and dish washer and very big oven in the kitchen too.Valet service for the parking is also included.

The unit was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures that were posted. Had a beautiful view of the harbor and the ocean. Once I arrived at the building I went straight upstairs and into the unit in around 5 minutes. I was given clear instructions and it was very easy. The furnishings were lovely and the kitchen is well equipped.

It was like a studio apartment with a balcony with ocean view which was great! Comfortable beds. I would stay here again. The apartment was clean had the necessary things for a comfortable short stay, but do not agree it was "tastefully furnished". Really nice, spacious, newly refurbished apartment. Just be aware that in our case there was no separate bedroom, just one large open plan (which we didn't mind at all; I don't even remember what it stated at the time of booking). There's a paid parking underground which is really handy (around $30-35 per night IIRC). The staff was very friendly.
