The location is a little bit far away from the public transportation, specially when you have heavy luggage. I didn’t contact with the staff very much, but the people in the whole town are very friendly.

The apartment was just delightful and a pleasant surprise. It was spacious and had just about everything except a tea kettle to boil water and a teapot. Otherwise we had difficulty finding the property at first but when we found it if was so very comfortable and quite good location for the road to Zermatt. Great to have a large Coop store close by.

Pool and spa very high quality and a real benefit of the property compared to others nearby. Much more modern than others we looked at in Zermatt.

The apartment was same as photos. Only 3-5 mins walk to Zermatt station and 1 min to supermarket. Very cozy environment and we had a warm stay in Zermatt.

Also very important is Tourists Information and Railway Station are right on the entrance of Altipost Apartments. 3. The room is very well decorated and full functional of everything. Kitchen, Toilet (2 Toilet equipped with full functional) , Sitting Room , Internet , Netflix, Youtube. 4. Thanks for the Welcome of high quality Wine, Potato Chip and Chocolate. 5. We will inform our friends and family of this Altipost and definitely be back to stay again
