Fantastic space, with large bedroom, lounge, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and entrance, with an additional small, very charming dining space. Nice grounds and house and friendly hosts. Location is more to the convenient than stunning side, just off the A390, but a convenient 2 miles walk from the Eden Porject. And about the same from the beach.

Property was in excellent condition, we were welcomed upon arrival and given a tour of property, bedding was clean, and bed comfortable, parking right outside and a private area out the back to sit, coffee and tea was provided along with fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge, plenty of local facilities and an excellent beach a short walk or with parking available, kayak, paddle board and wetsuit available for hire, cafe in top carpark and hut on beach serving hot cold drinks and ice cream, recommend the bowgie for eating including Sunday roast, card payment only.

Fantastic apartment had everything you needed, Great location in the main town next to the many shops and restaurants. The apartment was so clean and the hosts were amazing . The accommodation was cosy, comfortable and offered many more luxuries than we expected. Derek was so friendly and helpful, we are so grateful for his hospitality. The location is excellent, even if you don't have a car you can easily reach many different places in Cornwall by bus or train.
