Very organised and spent only less than a minute in the door and one staff came and help us to escorted to the room and did a tour and brief us. There is off street secure parking and it is in a good location, communication with host and check in/our was really easy. Overall we’d highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again when we return to Birmingham.
