The group of six cottages is centred around a lagoon just behind Yepton beach. The location is beautiful, peaceful and a wonderful place to wake up to and relax on the veranda while planning your day. The cottage I had the pleasure of staying in was a good size, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The main room had an oh so comfy sofa and chair, dining table and chairs and high quality kitchen area that made you want to cook... almost lol. A full cooker, microwave, a couple of coffee makers, shiny pots and pans, big fridge freezer and most importantly, an electric kettle. The bedroom featured an impressive king-sized bed giving a great night's sleep to the backdrop of chirping crickets. The separate shower room was a good size too. Back in the living room, if you miss home, there's cable TV. There are at least seven beaches within walking distance. Yepton is closest but Deep Bay is livelier, Galley Bay is a classic Caribbean picture postcard, Hawksbill is more relaxed with another four beaches. Nearby Five Islands village has a couple of local but tourist friendly cafes serving tasty food. For the adventurous, there's a bus into St John's with a fruit and veg stall next to the bus stop. The fresh bananas were amazing. Back at Yepton Cottages, hosts Gabby and Douglas, long term Antigua residents, made sure my stay ran smoothly. Attentive but not intrusive, very knowledgeable about the island and good to chat with.

Probably the best value for your money. Beach right outside with beach bars and food options all over the beach, great places to get affordable local food. Plus the hotel has a little store to the side, where you can get water, alcohol and GREAT Roti ( pro tip, you can order in advance bc it sells out sometimes). I had read people complaining that the beach was packed but we always had chairs and an umbrella. Our section of the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The cruise ship crowds were more around sandals and the ends of the beach. The people staying at AV were very friendly and it’s not a loud place so if you’re looking for a quiet stay and a beach with gentle water, this is probably the best value for money.

Location to the airport was great. The staff was great and the proximity to the neighboring beach/bar/restaurant was great.

Location is very close to the airport and its easy to hop on the bus and fastly get to the city center. Place is very comfortable and clean. Wifi and TV worked very well. Denyse was super helpful with all my requests.

Very clean and safe. Our suite had a bathroom and mini kitchen and we could share the big kitchen and living room and outdoor areas with the other guests. The host was very accommodating and helped us book area attractions. We will definitely come again.

We stayed only shortly to relax before our evening flight. Very clean, strong wifi and a/c, close to beaches, city and the airport. We were happy about our stay.

Great location with just a few minutes walk to the beach. All the amenities you need to be self sufficient, with good quality kitchen items, beds, etc. Excellent view from the balcony of our sea view apartment. We especially loved Petal, she was super nice, responsive and flexible, and she helped us out with everything we needed during the stay. Can recommend.

The Manger and staff went all out to ensure my stay was an enjoyable one; as a first-time visitor to the island this really helped. The breakfast was good. The place felt really secure and gives you a home away from home feeling. Arrangements were made to ensure that I got to my meeting which was a distance away.
