The building where the apartment is is located close to the lake (ca. 100 meters) and castle Landskron (ca. 1.5 km). If you have a bike, in one day, you can visit the castle (an MTB bike is welcome) and make the 28 km circle around the lake (Ossiacher See Cycling Tour - R2 and R2A). The apartment is renovated, comfy, and cozy - you can find all the kitchenware you need if you plan to do your own cooking. Besides, the owner left for visitors free coffee pads (there's also the coffee machine) and tea bags. Really nice welcoming gesture :) Also getting in contact with the owner who handled the keys was fast and simple. Plus, you get to park for free in the building garage - or outside the building if you prefer. If I summarize, it was a great experience.

We had an incredibly great experience in this house! The house is spacious, newly renovated, has fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher and oven), lovely bathroom with great shower, three nice bedrooms, fireplace, terrace, dining room with three-side panorama windows. And oh my, what a wonderful surprise awaits you on the ceiling of the ground floor bedroom when the lights go off... :) We loved it, we recommend it and we will definitely be back soon!!!

Beautiful view from the balcony of the lake. Good, quiet place, lots of attractions around. On site parking, private beach, tennis courts, table tennis, volleyball, football goals. Water equipment rentals, bicycle rentals close. Lots of bike paths.

Fantastic view on the lake and mountains from both rooms. Very kind and helpful hosts. Modern apartment, fully equipped kitchen. Clean. Appreciate free tokens (Champaign, crisps, ice creams for kids, etc.) There was everything we needed in the apartment. Supermarket across the street.

The apartment is recently updated and looks great. Plenty of room for a family with two kids. Nice views over the lake from the balcony. 5 min drive from Gerlitz ski resort.

This place has got to be the best stay I've ever had, coming to Europe. The view was outstanding and mind glowing . And the rooms were so good and comfy. We really wanted to extend our stay there but as we had different plans and places to visit, stayed there only for 4 days. Kids have enough space inside, we got all facilities to cook, only the ingredients need to buy from the shop. Kids play area is there just behind it and , scenic places to walk around is just some meters away. From here, we could go Slovenia, Italy and Austrian Alps and snow.. . I highly recommend this place to stay in Villach.

Amazing location directly on the lake; The kitchen in the apartment is very well equipped. The terrace with view was incredible for meals outside. It was also very child friendly with an included crib and high chair. We also appreciated the use of the laundry room. Near the lake it was also very complete, with sun chairs, sun umbrellas, lots toys for the kids and a pedal boat. The host was always on hand to help us with anything we needed. The lake appears small on the map, but more than enough for your holidays. Villach is an amazing location for other activities. We will surely return.

The place was with the most beautiful lake view. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious (only mosquito nets would complete the comfort). It was great there was a boat we can use freely as well as other swimming and sunbathing facilities. It's deferentially the best place for relaxation and enjoying nature and swimming. I'd definitely love to go there again! I wouldn't even search for another place : ))) I'm very very pleased and thankful for being there :)
