Everything was excellent, the receptionist was exceptional and we were more than satisfied to be in this guest house.If we ever come to Nessebar again, we will book this apartment!

The house is wonderful. Clean, cozy, warm. Nearby, a 5-minute walk, there is a large supermarket with good prices: T-Market. The owner met us, explained everything and showed us. A very nice person and very hospitable. He left us a gift, for which we are very grateful. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The location is great, everything is nearby - beaches, old town, exchange office, bank, shops, restaurants... The owners are really nice and kind. It is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

First line on the beach, view of the sea from the windows, nice room, separate small kitchen with a small fridge and a sink. We had only lunch at the hotel restaurant and it was very good.

The apartment, the view, the greenery were superb! It's the most beautiful property i have seen on pur seaside. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished with everything that we needed as a family. The whole complex is wonderful!

So close to a really nice beach - and several others. Restaurants and bars are also close by (walkable). Not full of tourists. The opposite of Sunny Beach.

Absolutely perfect place in Nesebar. I searched for a long time before I found it. Its in the historical centre but not at the beginning and in June it was not overcrowded with tourists around. The only drawback is that you don't have access to arrive to the apartment house by car to load/unload luggage - it's not a huge problem because the parking is approx. 200 metres distant, but there is lot of stairs. Otherwise the parking was flawless in the time of our stay (June) - it was only half full. Btw. its a little strange for us to see that maybe a tenth of the historical centre is occupied by a parking lot, but for tourist arriving by car as us it is very comfortable - you stay in the very very historical centre, at absolutely quiet location and you can even see your car from the terrace.
