Very friendly, the apartment has an amazing view over the Brienzersee and mountains. Also, it was very clean. The preparation for new guests was excellent (there was coffee and soap/shampoo). When we arrived, the host showed us all the best restaurants and spots to visit. The beds were very comfortable. This property was amazing. The view from the house was incredible. The facilities were great, the beds comfortable & kitchen well equipped. You would need a car (preferably otherwise it could be tricky) to get there as it is a little way from main towns.
