kind helpfull staff, even though i asked many questions and had many concerns, the hostess Shakilla was very helpful with a smile on her face, also she has great english language, the kitchen is great (there is stove, pots, spices, coffee etc) and the greatest thing they have laundry service for 15£ for all your clothes!

The accommodation was decadent with a beautiful balcony that you could sit and watch the surrounding lake and mountains until the stars glittered above.
