Apartment was perfect: - location - 10 min drive to Aya Napa, nearest beach just 10 min by foot, supermarket - few min drive.. - all was super clean and new - 2 nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace, 1 living room together with perfectly equipped kitchen, everything was thought of - appliances, dishes, even small things like napkins, salt, coffee, baking paper etc. - we met also the owner - very nice men, even sweets and wine were left for us :) Definitely recommend this apartment!

It was really wonderful stay in Kapparis. Cozy and new apartment with all necessary facilities and even elevator. It was very convenience that parking was in the shadow of the building. The view from the balcony was amazing. And we really like the quit time there. Really appreciated, thank you.

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment, and perfect location. It's really close to Agia Triada beach, bakeries and Metro supermarket. Also fantastic price. Constantinos was very helpful and answered all our questions, he even suggested restaurants and places to visit. Thank you so much!

The location is very good. The villa is just 5-6 minutes away from the Agia Triada beach and also from Tulum beach bar. The communication with host was perfect. He is always reachable, take care of your needs, very helpful and also flexible. We had a 4 week stay, as we were staying in our own house. I could also work remotely without any problem. The internet was good enough and the host ensured me that we can increase the speed with the provider anytime, if there was a problem.
