Great location and very close to everywhere, Extremely professional and supportive staff, especially Mr.Bassem and his coworkers Ahmed and Ahmed eleskandarany, Mr.Bassem helped very well to plan my trip and where to go and what to do, Also he helped to find private car with wise prices for a round trip to the Obayed beaches, We really felt joy and safety, very nice apartment and view, clean and tidy. Thank you, Halla Matrouh team, It won't be the last time.

Safety (CCTV cameras everywhere in the building) Location The effort from staff to facilitate my accommodation Flexibility especially if you're unhappy with anything as they were trying to make my stay comfortable as much as possible Adel is very supportive and he loves his job and he loves to help everyone, he will provide you with the driver's contact number and will give you valuable advice when it comes to beaches to visit and everything. Although I didn't like him calling me everyday for a 10/10 review, I really do appreciate him and how friendly he is.
