Only 3 minutes walk down to the beach (lot of space even in high saison), restaurants and promenade and only 5 minutes walk up to the supermarket. calanques in walkable distance ( for morning jogging) Very quiet at night - perfect for families! lovely private small garden with all equipment needed.
