Lovely and very homely boutique hotel. I felt welcome from the minute I walked in. The hosts & staff went out of their way to make me feel at home even though I was only spending one night. A comfortable and perfectly clean apartment at the best possible location - near the Promenade, next to the tram stop. There is a direct tram line to/from the airport. The street is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants and takes you towards the Old Nice. The owners of the property are very kind and hospitable. The place is perfect for families with children. We would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.

The place was impeccably clean, perfectly matched the pictures, and the host was incredibly kind, generous and always available to help! Both beds were super comfy, all necessary kitchen and bath essentials were included, and the building itself was secure and safe. The location was extraordinary and the views can’t compare to anything we’ve ever experienced before! The only downside was having to leave. Highly recommend for your visit to Nice.

From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.
