The location was great, the apartment was clean and the building had a very authentic feel. More importantly, Farida is simply amazing! オーナーがとっても親切なかたです！わたしはニース到着初日に空港でカード入りの財布盗難にあったのですが、その際にも一緒に警察署にも行ってくれました。日本語も話せるので、とても頼りになりました。通常のホテル住まいだったら、落ち込んだままだったと思います。 すごくいいかたでいろいろお話しができたので、その後の毎日を快適に過ごすことができました。

The apartment was larger than I expected (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large common space). The hosts were AMAZING - we had lost our luggage, and they provided us with extra toiletries, supplies, and support.

A comfortable and perfectly clean apartment at the best possible location - near the Promenade, next to the tram stop. There is a direct tram line to/from the airport. The street is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants and takes you towards the Old Nice. The owners of the property are very kind and hospitable. The place is perfect for families with children. We would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.

it’s one of the amazing apartment in Nice. the best view in front of the sea. clean. highly recommended. even I arrived late at 1 am and still they receive me. if you want to enjoy Nice. take it.

We stayed in a love little apartment, it had all the basics needed. There is a fridge, hob and microwave in the room along with a coffee machine. There is a lovely private terrace. Room was very comfortable. Parking available which is a huge bonus in Nice. The host was extremely friendly and communicative.
