It was very clean, a lovely caravan with a great location. Walking distance from the beach and there are lovely walks too. We enjoyed our stay.

Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

We had a great stay at Another Room. Lynne and Rob are wonderful hosts, always a nice chat in the morning and helpful advice for all kinds of activities. For example, we would have surely caught a cold at the Royal Tattoo had Lynne not insisted that we bring enough warm clothes. As mentioned by many other guests, the breakfast was traditional and yummy and more than enough. The room was tidy and we slept very well. It is a bit outside the city center, but busses go every ten minutes and take only about ten ten to fifteen minutes, and the ocean is only five minutes away. We will surely try to get a room here when we come back to Edinburgh.

Great location, could walk or catch the bus to the city. Lovely spacious apartment with great kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Instructions were easy to follow. Convenient and secure parking on site. It was a great finish to our trip to Scotland!!

It was our first rental. We had our own plates, cutlery, cups and on site we found everything we needed and even more. Very clean, fresh bedding, only one thing: the children complained about the lack of internet, but it was known from the beginning, but they still wanted to stay longer. We highly recommend it.
