Aeri is simply a dream, if one is looking for calmness and serenity. The rooms looks out towards the sea, and with the balcony doors open you have an unobstructed seaside view from the bed, which is marvellous at dawn and dusk. Also from the balcony one has a perfect view of Chora and the church on the hillside, a place directly inside Chora will never get you such wonderful view. Location is great, only of a couple of minutes from the center of Chora and a beautiful hiking trail to Fira beach (a small beach in between cliffs, great and usually empty in the mornings) and Agali beach is closeby. The interior design is pleasantly minimalist and has everything one needs. The staff is extremely friendly, the harbor pickup/return was flawless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for peace and quiet and stunning views.

Clean, great location, excellent price, washing machine (I needed to ask for directions), responsive host (though we didn’t meet her — always available on booking messages), reserved parking (though a bit rocky and the nearby free public parking is also fine). Good bathroom, well stocked kitchen, very quiet.

Beutiful settings and house, lovely garden and very pleasant owner. Fresh bread delivery in the morning was a bonus! And we loved the pool area.

The house was so perfectly set up, there were so many treats left for me plenty of facilities, iron, hairdryer such a beautiful house right in the middle of chora so getting around was easy, the owners were very accommodating and willing to help out with anything I needed as well as picking me up and dropping me off at the port. If you're thinking of going to folegandros then this is probably the best holiday home, thank you to the owners for everything I will definitely be back.

From the moment we laid eyes on the building, we fell in love. It takes you back to a time that you have only read about in books! The pics don't do it justice. The view from our room (of the Panagia Cathedral up on the hill) was another bonus. And Rozfani and her mother were a real pleasure to meet, taking the time to tell us about the history of one of the island's most iconic "arhodika". We loved it!

Fabulous location with a friendly host overlooking a decent beach with crystalline waters, opposite a 'posher' resort with a fab $$$ restaurant & several others within 50m walk which are $$ and $. If you are tired or want peace & quiet this is a wonderful spot to retreat. Follegandros is a very quiet island as it is - the lovely little town of Chora/ Hora is very close with its wonderful cliffs and little church up the hill. It has lots of fun restaurants and a bit more action (espec when tourists are there during the day). We felt like cocktails and a pool one day so enjoyed a fab afternoon chilling by the pool at a hotel in Chora. But we found this place was perfect for a rest - stunning views, so cheap (seriously), massive superyachts offshore (lol) and a room which felt beachy and Greek and really had everything you could want (ONLY exception = a coffee machine). By that I mean an amazing view out front, shared balcony with unreal close view, fan, AC, shower that was great, loo that worked, super comfy bed, reading lights, beach towels ... fridge... totally clean and cleaned every day, walks over hill to other beaches (not so keen on them), boat rides - so what more could you want?!
