The hotel itself is a gem, exuding beauty and freshness. The staff are incredibly friendly and available round-the-clock, ensuring a comfortable stay. Security is top-notch with a guarded area and individual villa parking, along with 24-hour surveillance. Daily cleaning is thorough and efficient, with a dedicated team ensuring swift service. The pool is meticulously maintained, adding to the overall pristine ambiance. The villas are simply stunning, with everything appearing brand new and immaculately kept. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we extend our gratitude to the hotel staff. Due to some reviews citing noise disturbances, our experience over two and a half weeks was tranquil, with no disruptive sounds from neighboring villas. Despite our late arrival at around midnight, we were warmly welcomed at the reception and smoothly escorted to our villa. The check-in process was efficient, and payment was handled without any rush the next day. Overall, a seamless and hospitable experience.

Kaniya is a small family own bed and breakfast in nusa dua. The rooms are simple & good, with view to blossoming trees & flowers. The garden is small but cute, the pool is confortable and the hotel spa is great. The staff members are all very nice & caring. Overall the place is a really nice price/quality ! You are in the middle of the city, but the place is as calm as possible.

진짜 나만 알고싶은 숙소 ㅠㅠ 남부쪽 비치 가려고 찾다가 후기만 보고 예약했는데 진짜 예약후부터 체크아웃, 체크아웃 후까지 너무너무 세심한 서비스에 감동했습니다. Billy아저씨 심카드 없다고하니 같이 가서 사다주시고 짐도 늦게왔는데 계속 안부 물어봐주시고 대신 짐 받아놔주시고.. 숙소는 너무너무 깨끗.. 공용 부엌도 마찬가지.. 장식도 너무 예쁘게 잘 되어있고요.. 주변이 로컬 지역이라 발리 실제 문화를 조금이나마 엿볼수있었습니다. 위치가 살짝 애매할수도 있는데 고젝타면 남부 어디든 6~7천원이면 다닐수있으니 참고 하세요!

Erna is amazing, she was kind to let us check in late at night. Delicious breakfast, good coffee and possibility to rent a bike. Nice green yard and access to water.

Great experience. The family is lovely, rooms are really nice and super clean. Komang is lovely and really cares about guests. I'm very thankful x There is a dog and a cat which are a bonus for all animals lovers. God bless for looking after them too.
