The host was very kind and helpful, contacted me few hours before check-in with detailed instructions. The location is awesome - restaurants are close, the sandy beach is close, Nero's house is close. The parking is on the street and there's a plenty of it - we parked in front of the door. The room was extremely clean, well equipped, and the view from the terrace was holywood-like.

Big and cozy apartment with full equipped kitchen. Convenient bed and sofas. Perfect location, just 7-10 min walking to the beach, city center, main station and supermarket.

The room was amazing, very close to the beaches as well as the supermarket and restaurants. The host Leonardo was easy to reach, very helpful and nice. Also Ms Magdalena who checked us in was very polite and nice. Would totally recommend and come back.

lovely setting right on the water’s edge. very well maintained and nicely decorated. Paulo and Luisa did everything to make your stay as good as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and little extras made it feel very special. Excellent breakfast with delicious cakes and pastries, everything you could wish for in a buffet plus eggs and bacon if you wished. Also the extra staff there were very kind and helpful, altogether a lovely place to stay and relax by the sea.

I became ill in Italy, cut my trip short, made a last-minute reservation at Barbara's B&B. Ended up spending four nights in bed. She made my stay as comfortable as possible, including getting some medication from the pharmacy for me. I will be forever grateful.

The apartment is situated in a very quiet and green part of Anzio. It is very well equipped (new equipment) and everything is beautifully clean and well maintained. The advantage is also a parking space in the closed area in front of the apartment. The reality is perhaps even better than in the photos. The owner is a very friendly and helpful person. We enjoyed our stay very much and didn't miss anything.
