Easy check-in, good communication w/Laura. Comfy bed. Great patio and lawn, we used the v. efficient fridge to chill our wine, & glasses were provided. Room was super clean and very quiet & dark at night (good window coverings). Very short walk to the Sandy beach

Very nice place, it's really looks like on the picutres. In rooms waited for us beers and croisants. Impresonal, online service. High standard room and bathroom. Close to Old Town.

We loved the view and how homely the apartment felt - a great base for us as a family to explore the north east of Sardinia. It was close to the airport and car hire, with main roads in and out of Olbia very easy to access. We were able to shop at euro spin and travel to lots of beaches. The apartment is close to the marina for boat trips out snorkeling and seeing dolphins and A day trip up to aqua dream water park with the kids was also a great day out.

We had a great few days here. The key was left in the box next to the entrance, we were able to open it with the code discussed on WhatsApp, so we could occupy the room at any time. The highway is close, the city center is a 5-10 minute drive away. We were able to parking in the yard and also on the street for free. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, didn't lack for anything. I liked that the room was cleaned every day. Maria is kind and helpful. She doesn't speak english, but we solved the conversation on WhatsApp. Room is well-equipped, air conditioning, coffee maker, fridge...etc. Delicious breakfast, croissants and always fresh, delicious coffee. We were able to use a microwave and tools from the kitchen.

The property is a typical italian vila, with a nice house and garden. The staff is great, super friendly and helpful.

The best accomodation we had during our trip to Sardinia. The host Angelo was super nice! The room we had was spacious and clean with very comfy bed and balcony. Great breakfest (Angelo even asked us the day before what kind of croissant we would like to have and he went to buy them fresh in the morning). There is a fridge full of water, beer, juice and you can take whatever you want (we didnt though). Angelo is perfect host and in Carpe Diem you will feel like home. Definitely the best choice you can make when staying in Olbia.
