I'm going to hate myself for this, because it could make it harder to book here next trip... Barbara and Emiliano are fabulous hosts! Very warm, accommodating and helpful... They just went above and beyond. My room was as pictured... Prefect for my shirt stay, and would have been great even for a longer stay. It was just me, but two would have been comfortable in the room. There was a stocked mini fridge in my room, in addition to a great continental-style breakfast being laid out on my table, plus additional items in the common room. And the interior was well appointed... Everything has been remodeled and updated... Towels supplied, as well as all toiletries. There's a security gate as well as a security door, and I really appreciated that it was just a few steps up. The beach is amazing, and only a 5 min walk from location... Really! Take a left out the gate, cross the intersection and there you are. If you continue left at the intersection, you can take a lovely stroll down to the Ponte del Mare, which will take you to the other side of the river and what was once Castellamare Adriatico. There are yummy restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, and the best little Gelato place! There was so much I would have liked to check out and see in Pescara, but this was a short trip, and I couldn't seem to pull myself away from the water... Good news is, I'll be back..... And did you know the Adriatic Sea is warm?! I do now 💕

Modern, clean and comfortable rooms right in the center of Pescara. Easy to reach from the railway station and with private parking behind a fence. Easy check in with codes and very easy to communicate with the owner. Recommended for a short stay in Pescara!

Super comfortable stay in an accessible part of the old city. Francesco goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are entirely taken care of-- he even picked us up from the bus station to bring us back to the apartment! We had everything we needed in every moment and enjoyed some nice moments at the BnB. Lovely and clean, quiet and spacious. We can't recommend this place enough, Francesco will make sure your expectations are exceeded.

What a beautiful suite, we loved it! It's very modern, looked brand new, immaculately clean, wonderful location and beautiful grounds. It was like an oasis in an already beautiful neighborhood. We never met the staff, but communication was awesome. Having a place to park was a great bonus. And if it weren't for time constraints, we would have stayed longer. This is a 12 out of 10; if it's available, don't miss the chance to stay here!

The room w/ the bathroom were super clean. It is located near the sea and different restaurants. Our host, even though it was 10 pm when we contacted her that we couldn't open the door, she responded nicely and quick. It is a good place to stay in Pescara.

Really amazing place, great decorations, 1 minute to the beach, beautiful scenery, parking is not a problem, there is a nice parking lot nearby, 8 mins walk.

Perfect location, between the rail station and the beach, on a lovely pedestrian street. Very well equiped, felt like home. You can spend a city break or a longer vacation and you have all you need. Good communication with the host, allowed us to check in early and this was great.

The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet! The host responded quickly and was very kind. She even helped us when we were unable to figure out how to get a taxi from the airport. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was rich, various and of very good quality. The BnB is close from the beach (2min by feet) and there are long chairs for all the guests on the first line, so very close to the shore. The mini-fridge is filled with many drinks, and fruits are offered for the beach days. Michele and the team were friendly, a huge thanks to Monika as well!
