The staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows. The highlight for me was definitely the food - the resort has several on-site chefs that served us a variety of local cuisines, and every dish I tried was absolutely delicious. The resort also offered a range of activities and excursions for guests to enjoy, including snorkeling, diving,dhow rides,There is truly something for everyone here, whether you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation or an adventure-filled getaway. Overall, I highly recommend Rafiki Jua to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Watamu. The combination of stunning natural scenery, excellent service, and fantastic food make it a top-notch resort that I can't wait to visit again. 👌🌊🏊‍♀️🌴🍽️

Location was good, although not very close to the beach. The close proximity to the swimming pool made an attractive alternative. A social and friendly environment, staff were extremely helpful.

I loved the spacious clean and beautifully decorated living areas with two very comfortable day beds with big cushions to relax into after exciting outings into Watamu or the idyllic Papa Remo beach and restaurant nearby. I loved being a stones throw from another wonderful restaurant for freshly squeezed juices, amazing coffees and meals. I loved sleeping contained in a four poster bed with netting keeping dodos out with the breeze and fan. I slept deeply every night. I loved swimming in the salt swimming pool that was deliciously cool in the heat of the day and at the same time warm first thing in the morning and at night. I loved how the grounds of the house were contained and beautifully cared for with mature frangipani trees and tropical flowers. We were cared for so kindly by Haloua who made our beds and washed our clothes and cleaned for us. We hired a cook who shopped and cooked incredible meals. I loved the fact that we were in a private domestic home environment and not a resort as we could feel very at home and we were welcomed so warmly. Aisha and Santiago are lovely people with so much generosity and kindness and they shared so much inside knowledge about the area that really informed our decisions and helped our orientation arriving in this magical area. They give us our own WiFi routers so we could seamlessly work from home or the beach. They knew all the wonderful places to see and visit which even in a month there’s still more on the list to see next time! They took us on safari in the huge forest nearby and to only known to locals a beautiful beach with white sands and incredible corals underwater. Aisha introduced us to the market stalls and abundant vegetable and fruit sellers. They helped us tune into the local economy so we understand prices. This is my favourite place in the planet !

The house is beautiful, well decorated and fully functional. The host Margherita and the staff were very kind and helpful. The homemade breakfast was super tasty and the pool a nice touch.

Bella ed ampia proprietà nel cuore del villaggio di Watamu. In casa c'è l'attrezzatura occorrente x preparare la colazione, aria condizionata in 1 stanza e ventilatori a soffitto rinfrescanti ovunque. Il gestore è molto cordiale e disponibile e ci sono collaboratori che si occupano quotidianamente di pulire.Piscina top, e x chi volesse, possono cucinare sul posto. L'host vi può organizzare le escursioni ( prezzi onesti, puntualità, cordialita') . Non perdete il safari a Tsavo est, il più vicino, esperienza unica🤩 e il safari blu con delfini, snorkeling, acqua cristallina e grigliata di pesce!😄 Anche il cambio in scellini più favorevole con host che all'areoporto. A pochi passi dalla casa troverete: da un lato la spiaggia con vari ristoranti gestiti dai locali dove poter gustare fra l'altro, squisito pesce o aragosta alla griglia a bordo spiaggia ad ottimi prezzi e 1 risto/pizzeria italiano dove si mangia bene. Da un lato il colorato e allegro mercato con tanti souvenir fatti a mano e banchetti di succulenta frutta.Vicino c'e' anche un minimarket ben fornito. Se non masticate l'inglese...tranquilli ..in tanti parlano italiano 😆 In strada , è vero,la gente è piuttosto insistente, ma non abbiate paura, è gente povera ma onesta ed accogliente. 🙏Non dimenticate di lasciare un contributo o in denaro, o in farina, in quaderni e penne a qualche orfanotrofio lungo la strada💔 L'offerta turistica può migliorare..Watamu vi aspetta!😉

We have really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Andreas, our host. Very calm and peaceful environment. The pool and the garden beds were very relaxing. The path from the house to ocean (100 meters away) gives you an outstanding view. I recommend it 100% Thanks from Benjamin 🇫🇷

Sono felice di descrivere un soggiorno fantastico presso Nadia&Ale House a Watamu! La casa era semplicemente spettacolare, con un design africano e tutti i comfort moderni. Il personale era estremamente accogliente e disponibile, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Il giardino era un paradiso tropicale, perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi il sole. La piscina (enorme)era impeccabile, sempre pulita e ben tenuta. La posizione della casa era ideale, 300mt dalla spiaggia, supermarket, bar e ristoranti. La pulizia era impeccabile, con un servizio lavanderia quotidiano che ci ha tenuto freschi e puliti per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Il pezzo forte era il servizio di chef a domicilio, che ci ha deliziato con piatti locali e internazionali straordinari. In breve, il nostro soggiorno presso Nadia&Ale House è stato un'esperienza indimenticabile, dove ogni dettaglio è stato curato con attenzione per assicurarci una vacanza perfetta. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Una struttura bellissima con viste al oceano, il arrivare in spiaggia a piedi nudi della propia camera, la zona della piscina tranquilla e rilassante. Tutto funzionante, acqua calda e pressione, il ventilatore. In caso che vada via la luce ci sono luci a batteria per sostituire. James e le ragazze che lavorano li, super gentili, luí un cuoco eccellente! E il punto più forte Beba la propietaria, attenta a noi dal minuto uno entrati in casa sua! Ci ha convolto con i altri ospiti e le sue vicine e amiche per passare delle serate divertenti. Pure senza dimenticare a India e Goldie i due cani super coccolossi :)

Very engaging hosts, and beautiful pool and house. Easy to get around, and just a short walk from most wonderful beach. Highly recommendable.
