I decided to book at Frenz after reading a couple of reviews, and I'm glad I did ! It's a cute guest house situated quite close to the downtown area (about a 7 min walk to the nearest supermarket and a 10 min walk to the busy center and the beach front). I got to live among the locals (and not isolated in a resort) and make my way to the different activities I was interested in (whether by foot or with a taxi) at my own pace. As a solo female traveler, I have to add that I felt safe the entire time I was there (of course, while getting back to my room before dark). It has the basic necessities you'd need from a self-catered studio, as its kitchen corner has a stove top, sink, mini-fridge, microwave and some cookware and silverware. The Wifi's good, and there's a TV with a ton of international channels you can watch when you don't feel like going out (or when you return exhausted after all of the adventuring you'll be doing). On top of that, the little garden is filled with aromatic herbs you can pick, grapevines and the most delicious guavas. Don't make the mistake I made and actually let them know at which time you're arriving ! Valery, the genuinely kind owner, greeted me and showed me around the city, gladly helped with all of the (many) questions I had and introduced me to a couple of new fruits I'd never seen before. Staying there was an amazing experience and I'd definitely stay there next time I'm in Soufrière !

First of, it is a self service stay, however, if you need an assistance or a special request, the host is indeed accommodating. We felt an exceptional hospitality. The location was accessible to all tourist spots in Soufrière. We were driving hence, everything was 10mins drive. The neighborhood is indeed peaceful, calm and quiet. The apartment was well-maintained and cleaned. If you need a place to redeem your peace of mind and restore your energy, the Coco Rose Apartment is best! PS — Plus we have our infant with us and she did not give us trouble all throughout our stay.

Everything about the property was perfect. Firstly Arletta was the most amazing host so discreetly helpful. She brought us a local breakfast on our first morning which was such a lovely touch. We were very comfortable home from home vibe, accommodation had everything you needed. We had a quiet vacation and spent quite a lot of time at the property and was more than happy to do so. Weather was hot in the 30s and evening not much lower, we both slept very well due to having air con in the bedroom. The beach is a 3 minute walk so if you fancy a quick swim it's perfect. If you fancy stopping on the beach for sunbathe you can hire sunbeds. Bonus is there was a great beach bar with fab music and lovely staff. Try the coconut rum / pineapple

Nice, comfortable apartment with all necessities. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Convenient location to walk to the supermarket, several waterfalls, and the beach in town. We have greatly enjoyed the stay and would love to come back!

Spacious, convenient, and clean. Parking right outside the gate, close to restaurants and beach. The view from the room is amazing. Host is very responsive if any questions arise. When I return to St Lucia this is going to be where I choose stay again.
