We stayed in the spacious and comfortable duplex suite and loved everything about our stay. Location close to the beach, the smiling young lady always ready to answer our questions. Delicious breakfasts (when we asked after the second one if they have a sri-lankan option, they prepared a tasty breakfast of string hoppers, curry and sambol next morning). On the final day, they let us take a shower long after our check-out and organized a very reasonably priced airport transfer.

We stayed at Mimoza Mirissa during our whale watching trip to Mirissa on B&B basis. Everything about this little hotel is excellent. It's situated at walking distance to Mirissa fishing harbor where whale watching tours start and also less than 1.5 km from the secret beach and <1km from Mirissa town. The rooms are comfy, well maintained and come with all the amenities. The staff is very friendly and courteous and provides excellent service. And flexibility at arrangements is also noteworthy. And all of this comes at a very fair asking price. If you're visiting Mirissa area this is the easiest to recommend. But you may have to make reservations in advance. Clean and spacious rooms, with a delightful pool and garden area. It's just a short stroll to the beach, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was very quiet.

This property is a big 10 for few reasons. Room is quite big and clean. Owners devotion is out this world. Best srilankan breakfast so far. They have laundry service and it's great price. When we came back from beach everything waited for us clean. U get maximum for a 20$ Support local people.
