To sum it up: a perfect stay!!! Location: directly located on the beautiful andalina beach. Great white sand and crystal clear water. At low tight you can even walk out to the beautiful reef to snorkel. Rooms: large and clean rooms with everything you need. No luxury bungalow but thats not what we expected. We had everything we needed. Room service was great and came twice a day. Food: small menu changing every day. Fresh fish every day. Really tasty!! Also breakfast was great. Our daughter loved the pancakes. Staff: the whole staff was really nice and helpful. Despite the language barrier (we dont speak french) we always managed to communicate. Cesare, the manager, helped us with everything we needed. Organized tours and made everything possible. Big thanks!!!

This wonderful small resort is located at a short walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in Nosy Be. Our two-storey bungalow was very spacious and featured two double beds, two single beds and one balcony with sofas. The staff is simply exceptional and responsive, willing to fulfill every single request. You can book at the reception the most popular excursions on the island at very honest prices. Its small and cosy restaurant is open for breakfast (which is included in the bungalow rate), lunch and dinner. Wide choice of tasty, simple dishes at very modest prices. A big thank you to Iacopo and Diego who made my holiday on this fantastic island one of the most beautiful memories I will cherish forever thanks to their great helpfulness and kindness! Real value for (little) money, absolutely recommended!

Corto Novo overlooks a mangrove forest between Dzamandzar and Andilana beach opposite Nosy Sakatia that is also 30km from the airport. Our host Jean-Louis and his team were very attentive and served up tasty seafood (and more) as well as the best Caipirinhas and coldest beers we had on our trip. On request, crab was prepared in two ways (Madagascar Sauce, Spicy Wok Butter) for our first night's meal and it was phenomenal and very reasonably priced. The property has a variety of accommodation options ranging from pre-erected tents to a room with an en-suite bathroom and wall-mounted room fan, where we stayed. The shower water was hot and the water pressure strong unlike many other establishments we stayed at on the Nosys (islands). The small swimming pool with ample tree shade offered respite from the afternoon heat and a refreshing way to start the day. As a bonus, there are two well-behaved and friendly house dogs, Gaston and Charlie. Sunsets were stunning since Corto Novo faces due west. No light pollution meant spectacular star-gazing too. You'd think that being so close to the mangroves would result in more mosquitoes, but they were few and far between. Affordable, comfortable and with all the essentials you need, you won't be disappointed with a stay at Corto Novo. We'll be back.

A lovely Eco-Lodge, in the middle of quiet nature with beautiful views towards the sea. The owners and the staff are just great! Very nice people, very attached to make your stay as best as possible, cooking the best and healthiest food and being open for any questions you might have, arranging any activity that you are looking for! The lodge is very well situated to visit very nice beaches nearby or to visit any other part on Nosy Be… Breakfast is delicious too and sunset view is perfect! We stayed 9 nights and had a wonderful time!
