This self catering villa is in a nice quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Blue bay certainly a hidden gem. Our ladies that cleaned and cooked was friendly and helpful. The wifi worked perfectly and the covered swimmingpool certainly a blessing Ajay - the host - very friendly and helpful

We stayed here twice - when we arrived in Mauritius (for 4 nights) and when we left (for 2). The location is fantastic - there’s a door to the beach from the hotel and you can snorkel straight from the beach in to one of the best snorkelling areas on the island. The staff were absolutely lovely and the breakfast was great. It’s only 15 minutes from the airport and the hotel arranged a taxi to pick us up when we arrived, which is always nice after a long flight. Very nice restaurant (La Bougainville) for evening meals, directly across the road. Really couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Villa du Lagon (La villa bleue) for a couple of weeks in Feb 2024 on a family trip. The space is spacious, comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. The villa's got a wonderful front verandah that gives over a front-garden that further gives over gorgeous view of the sea. It was a very child-friendly place to stay, which was perfect as we were traveling with a toddler. The villa is easily accessible if you are driving, with parking space in the yard. A highlight of the stay was that daily cleaning is included in the rental, which was really helpful!! (again, when traveling with a toddler!) On the whole, this villa is absolutely worth it and I highly recommend a (dreamy) stay there : )

I I absolutely love the amazing support provided by the staff! Although there was only one staff member, they were fantastic. The proximity of the beach was also a major highlight for me, and I especially appreciated the privacy afforded by the villa. The bedding, towels, and room were all clean, and I was grateful for the generous ceiling fan. The thoughtful inclusion of coffee, tea, and mosquito pads was a lovely touch. Thank you so much!

Excellent apartment, new, beautifully clean, all you need for your visit to Blue Bay. Situated on a quiet road, you can watch the flying foxes move in and out of their favorite tree from your balcony. Only 450m from the public each and 10 min drive from the airport. The rest of the island is easily accessible by car. Your host, Christophe Gully, is extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended

Superb package for the money, really nice house, simple, tasty decorated interior, excellent location. Just few minutes to great beach with superb snorkeling reef a bit further ahead. Bertrand is a very friendly host, great choice for families.
