Just on the beach, nice livingroom, porch and outside dining area. You hear the waves. Great place for grab to deliver local breakfast. Rooms are nice, light colours, clean, easy check in. Host allowed us to use his washingmachine. Price was ok. Would return. Taxis are cheap so it is easy to get to whereever you need to be.

The G Beach front Villa is very comfortable and peaceful, just like being at home! The villa is quite large and the room was very big! The hosts are extremely helpful and kind, and everything was spotlessly cleaned! Very helpful with instructions on transport, bus stop is right across the road There is a daily market close by to go and get breakfast and supplies and a cafe next door that sells coffee and cakes.

Large modern unit. Nicely furnished and spotless presentation. Nicely equipt with towels (inside and pool), washing machine/dryer, full set of kitchenware. Better than a 5 star hotel.

Everything Excellent! Facilities - Everything you need, they have. From culteries to towels Well decorated property and clean. Management - Best customer service. Location - Strategic, in front of Shamrock Beach. To put it short, for a big group is very suitable property. Will find this place again if come to Penang. Respect the property and it’s a home, and treat it as your home. Just beware of monkey as this unit face little jungle.

It was exceptional, really love the unit layout, fits comfortably my family of 3 adults and 2 kids. The views and surroundings of the unit were also beautiful and the location is also close to convenient shops. The swimming pool is also big enough for the guests.
