Everything about this place is exceptional! The condo was spacious, clean and quiet, an amazing view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes. Going during hurricane season made us feel like we were on a private beach; so much privacy! I highly recommend eating at the restaurant, Pura Vida, salmon, coconut shrimp and rice of the day. Busy shopping area was 2 exits away. We drove about 30 minutes NE to Punta Santiago for the views and the food. Our entire stay was so peaceful and relaxing. Beach chairs and towels were available to use. The ocean was warm and serene. The drive from San Juan airport was less than an hour away with amazing mountain views. Renting a car is highly recommended. The owners were super easy to reach and answer questions, were willing and ready to meet our needs, however, they anticipates every detail you would need to enjoy a beach home. I would recommend this retreat over and over again and this may be our couple trip, go-to spot for years to come!

This was beachfront as advertised. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the sunrise and listening to the surf. The property was comfortable and welcoming.

Doug was an attentive and very kind host. The villa was spacious and clean. Great space and value for a family. We visited during the final full week in April and the area was neither busy nor crowded. At times, just a few or no other people on the beach or at the pool. While the forecast was for rain every day, we didn't have any long stretches of rain to ruin our days The Pterocarpus Forest was a fun afternoon activity, out of sun. Felt like we were in Jurassic Park! Everyone was super friendly. The villa had a perfect location, steps from the beach and a very short walk from the community pool. The view of the surf and sunrise was magnificent. The beds and living room were very comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 (2 teens, my husband.and me.) The kitchen had all kinds of tools, dishes, glasses, pots, pans. We were able to cook nearly all of our meals, though we could have gone to nearby restaurants. The washer and dryer were super handy. In that room, there were beach chairs and a beach bag. Beach towels were nicely offered in a basket by the front door. The AC really cranked, so never too warm or humid in the villa. TV offered lots of channels in English and Spanish. Check out was hassle free, without a long list of "to dos" that are often required with rentals. We had to leave a day early due to a death in our family back home, and Doug was compassionate and accommodating.

absolutely perfect apartment for a family. the beach is a 5 min walk from the property, access to the pool, huge apartment with everything you need for your stay and more. the area is beautiful and safe. it’s the perfect accommodation for someone who wants a beautiful beach close by and just chill, or if you have a car.

The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. We just love the place. We expect to come back pretty soon. The host is so kind and the facilities(pool, beach) so close... Again, we love the place 😍
