The host and his family are very nice and friendly. Ricky went out of his way to answer all our questions (we are very curious so this is a big task :D) The accommodation is comfortable and much better than we imagined. Spacious, large rooms and surrounded by modern facilities and surroundings. The beautiful views and the pleasant breeze overrides the heat. We recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and come "home" to a pleasant environment.

Our stay at Maka Bay Residence was perfect. As other reviews point out, it is an ideal spot in the north of Mahé. It is a very well thought out concept with a perfect execution. The view cannot be any better (don’t book if the noise of the ocean bothers you!). The balcony is wide, protected from the sun and rain with great quality furniture and it is private. The entire apartment is clean, well designed and well equipped. It feels spacious. Everything is of high quality. The support from Nicole and Pooja is efficient and discreet at the same time. They tought of everything, every details. They are friendly and welcoming. The location was great for us. The entire place is safe, including the parking which is a bonus. Honestly, I do not know what I would change. You are bound to enjoy yourself at Maka Bay Residence. We sure did and we would not hesitate to book again. And again!

The place was great. We were in a second-floor apartment. It was perfect for our family. Our host Sharon and all the crew at the place were amazingly helpful. We had too many issues with the cars and something else during the stay, but Sharon and all the others were very helpful and friendly. The location is nice. Short walk to the beach, which we visited a number of times. You do benefit from a car, which enables visiting all the great beaches in Southern Mahe. I think the beaches in the south are amazing.

Breathtaking panorama from the terrace. Beautiful beach. Quality cleaning with towel and linen change every two days!!! The whole of facility like a 5+ star hotel. Large and free parking place. Cooking facilities, hair dryer, iron, etc. Spacious apartment in a safety and quiet area. A helpful owner who is always there when you need and solves all problems flexibly. This accommodation is worth the price. Thank you Holden.

Everything! Such a pretty little property- spacious, well equipped and simply gorgeous. Don’t even get me started on the balcony, the outdoor shacks 🙂🙂. The view from the property is breathtaking. Beach is 5 mins walk. Host is so accommodating- she even drives you to the airport at a lower cost. Loads of love for the host and the property❤️❤️

We stayed in Tama's appartment during our honeymoon, everything was perfect. Anne-Marie is a lovely host, the apartment was clean and and we had a very nice view from the balcony. The location is very convenient as we could have a walk to Beau vallon beach, and the bus station toward Victoria was just nearby.

Wonderful hotel/staf.front beach.the best hotel in mahe.you can hear the waves..we arrived early and staff did everything to give us our room earlier. Very nice relaxed atmosphere and great swimming pool.and a beautiful garden if you don't have a car the busstop is very close 100m the bus bring you everywhere on the island. The hotel has also a parking .the rooms are beautiful decorated and the bed is good..super clean ..The food was delicious the best we had in the Seychelles the breakfast was so nice and good the dinner was delicious I would recommend the tuna steak. I really would recommend the villa its a great Place to stay Marylene help us also with the trip and the most beatifull hotel in praslin... sushi and Kamala are so nice and friendly with all the small details...all was perfect and we fell like home ..

very nice, clean and modern Family Business. Nice and quiet location, but easy to reach with the public bus. Grocery store, nice beaches and restaurants in walking distance. The host was super friendly and helpful, he organized transportation from the jetty and the to the airport. He also prepared some snacks and food for us for the first night and breakfast. The kitchen was very modern and equipped with everything you need during vacation. I spent some nice days there with my partner and if we ever go back to Seychelles, we would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is highly recommended! We were given a very warm welcome and our host was very nice and flexible concerning our arrival. We were able to leave our luggage at the accommodation in the morning and walked to a small beach nearby - with beach towels from the accommodation. The view is spectacular! Nothing was missing in the accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioning in the bedrooms works perfectly. A 20-minute walk takes you to Carana Beach, which is a dream!
