Maybe this is my favourite place to stay in the whole world. Ban Krut is beautiful and relaxing and this family resort feels like my home. The family home is surrounded by bungalows scattered around the garden with all sorts of trees and flowers .They are the sweetest people and it is a short bicycle ride to 7/11, restaurants, cafes and the lovely beach. Everything. The location right on the secluded beach in a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by coconut groves and with the temple high up on a nearby hill, is utterly magical. Beachfront seating areas are peaceful and atmospheric. The hosts Raymond and Id provide impeccable service. Above and beyond in every respect. They helped with so many aspects of our stay, in advance of arrival and while we were there with recommendations, advice and the most delicious, varied and personal breakfasts. We couldn’t recommend SalaCoco more highly, for families with small children like us, older families, or just adults. It is one of the most enjoyable holidays we’ve had and only wish we could have stayed for longer.

This older property may not be the newest, but it has been beautifully maintained and offers a serene garden retreat atmosphere. The pool is lovely and inviting, and the beach is just across the road, providing plenty of opportunities for swimming and sunbathing. The staff are friendly and helpful, making sure all your needs are met.

The whole place is incredibly beautiful! It is located a little bit outside of Ban Krut and so it is very calm and relaxing. You are surrounded by many trees, palms and other plants so you almost feel like you are in the jungle. They have good bikes which they rent for free or you can rent a scooter. It takes you about 10-15 minutes by bike to get to the beach or the center of the village to get groceries or food. The beach area was very clean and there were only a handful of people. The outdoor kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the pool was very nice. There is also a washing machine available. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating! They responded quick on messages and even allowed us to stay at the pool after chech-out until we had to leave to catch our train.

They were amazing, every day a surprise, sometimes coconut, sometimes fruit. The resort deserves all the best and is a great value for money. We have been all around Thailand and while others were friendly and nice too, the way we were treated here was unbelievable. We felt like home among friends and family. Heartfully recommended!!!
