Ralu and Lee, the owners and all the staff make a really good work to be sure You enjoy your stay! We had an amazing stay at Nyumbani residence with my husband and kids. The place is a perfect gate away for families as the apartments are full catered with all you need. Breakfast is really yummy and it’s served every morning at your terrace. Location for us was great as it’s only 5 minutes away from the beach and the local shops. Thank you very much Paola & staff for taking care of us and provide us with an excellent service. I highly recommend!

We booked a room for five at Kobe House after our flight home was cancelled. Since the hotel was not full, they let us have another room for free, so we can enjoy some time off from the kids. Everything in this hotel is spot on! From the flowers on your bed to the beautiful garden that feels like a tropical forest. The place is newly renovated, and everything is kept really clean and tidy. The staff was super friendly and really keen to help. We planned for one night, but stayed for the rest of our vacation in Zanzibar, until we could catch a new flight. Definitely the best value for money!

This place is paradise - nice staff, Stefania and her mom are lovely, doesn't feel too crowded, limited number of beach boys around and lots of access to Jambiani Beach, good cocktails/food (especially pizza, of course) at the restaurant. Exactly what my wife and I needed for a few days and nights of pure relaxation

Everything! 1- the pool is AMAZING: clean, big, places to sit inside the pool; 2- the hotel itself: very cute design, clean and big rooms, with everything you need. The kitchen is fully equiped too. Great bonus: the hotel provides cold water on arrival (a gallon). 3- the staff: very friendly staff, always ready to help and very kind. Special mention to Dona, the manager, who has a car and drove me to the supermarket and showed me around on my arrival day. 4- I felt very safe at the hotel (night guard, staff always there, small hotel) 5- If you love a quiet and peaceful place, this is for you. I hate big and crowded hotels. This one is super quiet and there is not many bungalows, so it never felt crowded even when the hotel was full. I LOVED IT! One of my favorite hotel yet 🩷
