The homestay was just couple of steps away from Cua Dai Beach! Other locations was reachable with cycle ride. We enjoyed our stay with amazing hosts who helped us to explore Hoi an. The room we got was clean and specious.

Gorgeous room, spacious, extremely clean, beautiful balcony, comfortable bed, awesome breakfast according to your choice from the other day, very good and quick laundry servis. The hotel has perfect location few seconds from the beach, very close to nice little street full of nice restaurants. The staff is super nice and helpfull! We came to this plase for three nights and we like it so much, that we prolonged our stay twice! Which was absolutely no problem at all! Most possibly the best accomodation we had during out two week stay in Vietnam!

The Location is perfect.The room was comfortable. The staff were super cooperative, they were eager to help us in all possible ways. They arranged car pickup for us. They provide free bicycles to the guests, which I used for an early morning visit to the ancient town. A plus-point for Indian food lovers is that just on the opposite side you find an Indian restaurant.

We loved our stay at Vincent’s house! We stayed for 25 nights to both visit Hoi An and work online. By the end of our trip we felt like part of the family 😊 amazing breakfast every morning, lovely pool, perfectly clean room and Vinci is always there if you need anything. Hopefully we’ll be back one day! The best place we’ve ever stayed!

Vietos savininkas buvo laabi malonus ir paslaugus - patarė, kurias ekskursijas užsisakyti, ir jos buvo fantastiškos. Taip pat pasirūpino atvykimo iki apgyvenidimo vietos ir išvykimu; galima buvo pasinaudoti nemokamai ten esančiais dviračiais. Apgyvendinimo vieta - nuostabi, visiškai centre, tačiau tylioje gatvelėje. Labai rekomenduoju ne tik apsistoti, tačiau ir išsirinkti iš siūlomų ekskursijų.

Perfect location if you are looking for a calm street at 5-10 minutes walk from old town. You can also rent bike for free. The host was reallyyy helpful, many great recommendations and the tour we did was nice! The homestay is really clean, free water is also great. Would 100% recommend.
