If I had any questions, they tried to solve them as soon as possible. It seems that I was in a home environment, and not in a hotel. I would also like to note the presence of accessories in the room that create a homely atmosphere - pots with greenery, lamps and a few accessories reminiscent of home. There was always hot water and internet. On the day of departure, when I had to stay 2-3 hours later than the official departure time, I was not charged an additional fee. The room was clean and tidy. The girl who runs the hotel always tried to appear in front of me in business clothes, in a jacket, and not in home clothes. This creates a particularly favorable impression that the owners of the hotel are very responsible people. Thank you very much. I was very skeptical about this booking and didn't have much of expectations. I messaged the site many times asking questions to ease my mind, which really wasn't eased until seeing the room. The property pleasantly surprised us. It had the comforts of hotel but you get an apartment. It was great. We loved the ease of accessing it and the quietness of the location. The staff; both Minh's, were amazing and very helpful.
