Communication was perfect also the use / installation of the app os flow less. I could do the laundry downstairs Apartmemt is almost soundproof didnt hear anything from the neighbours. about 10 minutes walk from the beach. Having a car is needed but free parking is amazing

Parking is secure behind the apartments, and entry into the apartments is secure. We booked a 3 night stay originally, then rebooked another 1 night stay after our flight back into Florianópolis from Foz as we were very comfortable here.
