The view from the room was perfect. It has water access and lounge chairs you can borrow to sit by the lake. It was in a central location, had a good breakfast and parking. The staff did a great job communicating in English. We appreciated that so much. We will definitely be back!

Set in Immenstaad, Haus Seeblick offers accommodation with direct access to Lake Constance and free WiFi in public areas, 15 minutes’ drive from Friedrichshafen. Bicycles can be rented on site. Beautiful and clean room, with a lovely balcony overlooking Bodensee! Fantastic location, right on the water so I could run along the lake straight from the guesthouse. The staff were very friendly and really accommodating - they prepared breakfast half an hour early for me as I had to check out early.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Lake Constance, guests are offered bright, fully furnished apartments. Appartement Hotel Seerose also boasts a gym, a sauna, and a quiet garden. Breakfast was outstanding! Selection was extensive. As vegans we are often overlooked but we were very well catered for here. Service was great too, breads and cereals along with none dairy milk selections and fruit. Balcony to room was lovely and private, big enough to picnic on and to do morning yoga. Lots of toys etc for children if you have them ( we did not have for this visit). We felt really taken care of. Also impressed by the local giant pears!!!

There is plenty of good lighting throughout the house and mostly good quality furniture. The best part is that you are very close to the water and to the Swiss border. Stein am Rhein is a beautiful medieval town withing walking distance.

Absolutely unforgettable experience. Great location with highlights of Bodensee easily accessible by car or public transportation. The house has a lake view and the owner is nice and respectful.
