Very personal, but we don't like soft beds at all. The next morning they tried their best to shuffle some rooms around so we could change rooms and have a different bed more to our liking. The staff is super friendly and tries to make sure your stay is fantastic! Thank you for making our stay perfect and recommend Patagonia Apart to anyone staying in Punta Arenas for a night or a couple of nights!

Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast provided in the fridge - bread, cheese, ham,eggs, juice, milk, fruit yoghurt. Some tea and coffee and milk also provided. It was a very good place to stay and good value.

Newly and very nicely renovated Hostel. The host was extremely helpful. Could leave our luggage for a late flight and access and use the common area with a special key card until late in the night
