The place was awesome, nice big and clean room with a lot of space, great for couples. It's peaceful and it just 10 minutes away from the center of town. Both the site and the room were clean and pleasing to the eye. The rooms are also individually air conditioned. An out-door kitchen is maintained where guests take care of their own breakfasts and other meals. The pool (not chlorinated) is clean and deep. The site is relatively remote and very quiet, thus of course, we had a variety of bird life come and visit. The road to the guesthouse is surfaced but narrow and with steep grades typically found in the area. The site is close to Ocotal Beach and several other beaches.
