The host was amazing - she provided a lot of local information including best sites and shops. She even knew the 'usual spots' where sloths would hang out. Thanks to her advice we saw sloths and even kinkajous in the evening. Rooms are cozy and have everything you need: AC and hot water.

I loved my stay!! Angie and her daughter Anielka were extremely responsive and attentive! Checking in periodically to see if there was anything I needed. Made me feel very welcomed and at home. The space was large, with a full stock kitchen. The couch in the living room was also very comfortable. During the day, the house could get hot but using the air conditioner in the bedroom it wasn't an issue at all. I really enjoyed how quiet the area was, while conveniently walking distance to the main street of town. So great location!

El New Caribe Point cuenta con piscina al aire libre e instalaciones para deportes acuáticos y está situado en Cahuita, en la región de Limón. Puerto Viejo se encuentra a 14 km. el entorno muy lindo y natural, las habitaciones muy cómodas, con closets, aire acondicionado, living, cocina equipada con utensilios, lava lozas, electrodomésticos, refrigerador, toallas para piscina, las habitaciones no eran tan amplias pero el espacio de la cabaña completa si, camadas cómodas y sobre todo, el personal muy amable. La ubicación muy central, al lado de lugares para comer rico y a buenos precios, además al frente está el Rancho de Bridgitte donde tomamos muy buenos desayunos, chocolate caliente hecho en casa y donde pudimos observar ranitas y perezosos. Ana y Edgard muy muy amables, ademas tenían unos gatos y perros cariñosos que dejaron fascinados a los niños.

The owners are very kind and do everything to help. The room is being cleaned every day. From here you can visit many great places like the national park or the playa negra beach (great place to swim with waves of 1 meter high!). When you have a jetlag and wake up early like 5:00 in the morning, you have monkeys that are making noise, amazing! Can fully recommend this place.

Contemporary comfort, style, security, wonderful service, delicious food, calm atmosphere, beautiful hammock strewn palm grove right on the ocean, with waves rolling in on your doorstep. It was stunning and so relaxing. If you are lucky enough to find a room, just book it! We did and extended our stay twice. Thank you so much Giuseppe, Elisa and your loyal, excellent staff team.

Very helpful host who couldn't do enough for us. Whole apartment was nice . Hreat location beside national park and beach. Walking distance to shop and restaurants.

Lots of little extras to make the stay quite nice. Beautiful grounds, secure parking, nice safe neighborhood, and super close to the beach. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Amazing happy hour!!! 2 for one LARGE drinks. Definitely get your monies worth. Decent breakfast as well. Restaurant on site well-priced. Highly recommend.
