The location was perfect for visiting the Cahuita National Park - and also close to other amenities like grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was within 5 mins walking. The host was amazing - she provided a lot of local information including best sites and shops. She even knew the 'usual spots' where sloths would hang out. Thanks to her advice we saw sloths and even kinkajous in the evening. Rooms are cozy and have everything you need: AC and hot water.

Angie and her daughter Anielka were extremely responsive and attentive! Checking in periodically to see if there was anything I needed. Made me feel very welcomed and at home. The space was large, with a full stock kitchen. The couch in the living room was also very comfortable. During the day, the house could get hot but using the air conditioner in the bedroom it wasn't an issue at all. I really enjoyed how quiet the area was, while conveniently walking distance to the main street of town. So great location!

Located within 200 metres of Negra and 1.7 km of Blanca, Casa Martina offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Cahuita. The house and grounds were a perfect getaway. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. They showed us the fruit-bearing trees around our little bungalow and the sloth asleep in the tree right outside. It was a short walk to the Reggae bar and beach.

We had such a great time over here. The owners are very kind and do everything to help. The room is being cleaned every day. From here you can visit many great places like the national park or the playa negra beach (great place to swim with waves of 1 meter high!). When you have a jetlag and wake up early like 5:00 in the morning, you have monkeys that are making noise, amazing! Can fully recommend this place.

The houses will provide you with a patio and a seating area.... it was a beautiful location and very close to the entrance of the national park. we also enjoyed seeing the monkeys and chickens around the area and made friends with a cat!

Hotel El Colibri Rojo - Cabinas - Le Colibri Rouge is a bed and breakfast hotel located 3 km from Cahuita centre. and 300 metres from National Park Cahuita. Great owners, took a last minute booking and everything was easy, from check in to use of the facilities, which were incredibly nice! Large pool, AC in rooms, private parking. Excellent place to stay in the Cahuita area. They also shuttle guests to the park in the AM and if you hike the park trail it exits not far from the hotel!

Hotel El Encanto ligger i Cahuita, bare 50 meter fra stranden, og har basseng, restaurant, gratis Wi-Fi, gratis frokost og egne terrasser. It was so peaceful and very beautiful grounds. Close to the main street and national park. The staff were so nice, would highly recommend
