Comfortable room, attentive staff, excellent breakfasts (two kinds of cheese and bread, fruit and yogurt, bacon and eggs) and plunge pool. City beach about a ten minute walk.

If we knew our experience will be as great, we would definitely book for a longer stay! The village is still so authentic and very safe. We love the warmth, pureness and privacy the JP and his team offer. There is only 3 rooms in the house which allows for the quiet and homy feeling. We were lucky to have the room with the balcony which offers the best possible view. All the furniture and equipment is modern and well taken care of. The water is really warm (not always the case in Cabo Verde). We very much enjoyed the home made breakfasts and dinners. Will miss the very special marmalade, cakes, punch and the chats with the team and the guests we met! We wish you a wonderful stay and hope to be back too!

Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom with everything you might need, and more! The huge balcony faces into 3 directions, meaning you can always find a spot in the shadow. There's also enough room to hang up your laundry after you've used the washing machine. The hosts are great! When they asked us whether our breakfast was ok, I replied we enjoyed it, but indoors as the table on the balcony was very low. Not long after that, the caretaker knocked on our door to bring a suitable table!! We stayed our first 3 days at Cape Verde in Sao Vicente and our last 3 days as well and were very happy to return to Celestina & Carlos! On our last day they provided the service of settling our bill with our last Escudos + the remaining part by bank transfer, which was very convenient as we didn't have to worry about either taking home too many Escudo's nor having too little on our last day. Great service!!

Offering a terrace and views of the sea, Maderal is set in Mindelo in the Sao Vicente Region. Free private parking is available on site. Some rooms feature a seating area where you can relax. Our hosts were beyond welcoming and helpful, they made us feel like Mindelo is home. The place is comfortable and has everything necessary for an enjoyable stay (and the terrace is great). We will be back, deus quiser :)

Irina was just amazing. She was contacting us and answering our questions instantly. She arranged the pick up taxi to airport and she gave many advices . She arranged cleaning of apartament without asking for it. That was very nice and kind of her ❤️ we liked everything. It’s literally 5 min walk to laghinga beach and 15 min walking to center and port . It was perfect

First of all the view to the sea is amazing. The apartment is new and well equipped. We had some minor issues (because it is a new building) during our stay, but the owner came and quickly made improvements. Owner was friendly and did everything he could that our stay would be pleasant. He gave some good tips of restaurants and other places we should visit.
