Quiet, privacy, no reception (but staff is present during the daytime if you need them. Everyone is professional and gracious). Location. Sea is 10 minutes walking max Small fish market and butchery is around the corner too- actually in the old town. The kitchenette has everything for cooking, including small stove

La Maison Lamartine provides accommodation with free WiFi in Nice city centre, a 5-minute walk away from Nice-Ville Train Station and Jean Médecin Tram Stop. Fantastic stay with fantastic hosts! We liked the quiet location not far from the train station. We walked pretty much everywhere, but the tram was available to take you down to the promenade. Staff was so helpful and nice. Hotel was very clean and lovely.
