John was the most welcoming host from the moment we arrived. He went above board to give us the warmest welcome by making tea and serving up the most delicious home baked goods that he had freshly prepared himself. My partner is gluten and lactose intolerant and he made baked goods to facilitate this. The breakfast in the morning too was so beautifully presented and such a wide range of continental offerings along with the most delicious offering of hot food. Once again John went to great efforts to ensure my partners dietary requirements were catered for. The BnB is a beautiful house….just out the road from vibrant Kilkee. All the rooms are very tastefully decorated and you feel relaxed and at home as soon as you walk in the door with the beautiful decor, relaxing music and aromatherapy. The bed was so comfortable and we both had a very peaceful night sleep. John had recommended local bars and restaurants to eat in and also recommended a beautiful walk along the coast that was truly spectacular- especially being the beautiful balmy evening we had when we were there. There is a lovely garden around the house….was so glad i had packed my yoga mat….found a lovely corner to do some evening stretches. Plenty of on-site parking. Very handy for getting the ferry the next day. We actually regretted our stay was so short as we really felt at ease and comfortable at Sycamore lodge. It has been the best place we have ever stayed in Ireland in terms of comfort, value for money, location, delicious food and home baked welcome treats (meringue to die for!) but most importantly the hospitality John showed was 5 star. Thanks so much to John for a lovely stay! Without a doubt we will be back!

We went to see the cliffs of Moher and this property was only 15 min away! Perfect little getaway!

It was a short walk to the city center with restaurants to dine in. Valeria was super friendly and welcoming. Also breakfast was delicious and freshly made for us. We had yogurt, fresh fruits, eggs, bacon and looots of coffee :) we totally recommend the place! Thank you :)

Bay View House ligger i Limoscor, blot 6 km fra Cliffs of Moher. Der tilbydes indkvartering ved stranden med have, gratis parkering og gratis WiFi. Der er rig mulighed for at fiske i lokalområdet. It was a beautiful home with a great scenery. It was walking distance to restaurant and pubs. The beds were comfortable. Susanne was very helpful and gave us helpful tips. We would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

I was met at the door by Pat when I arrived and the reception was very friendly and warm. Outside of the house is amazing and it is very inviting. Pat was extremely attentive and friendly. The room was so nice and warm and with a lovely tv room and fire right beside my room. I would highly recommend this for anyone visiting the area Regards
