The room itself was very clean and peaceful. The balcony was the finest area to see the sunset and drink morning coffee (I had a room on the third floor). Just across the hotel is a family mart.

Conveniently located one street away from main street, it is quiet. Lots of privacy. We stayed in large twin rooms, with a single & a queen bed, very clean & comfortable. The washing/drying machine with drying rack meant we had clean clothes & towels daily. Lawson & 7-11 round the corner was our go to places for sandwiches, beer, fruits, etc. Walking distance from Asahibashi monorail, Kokusai Dori & Living Inn Premier, where the staff were extremely helpful. Stored our luggage there, checked in with a human instead of self check in. We’re in awe, thank you!!!

Every evening the owners and guests get together for dinner and drinks, which is really fun. The staff speaks enough English that it is not a problem to stay there with no Japanese knowledge at all, but depending on the guests the conversation in the evening may be in Japanese.
