From the big, traditional room with view to the river to the friendly staff and relaxing onsen. I had read the reviews that it could get noisy as some guests aren't as quiet. But it was perfect for me. Relaxing, simply perfect.

Situated in Atami and only 500 metres from Atami Sun Beach, Marina Bay Atami features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The view from the hotel is very nice, located near the sea and easy to access. It was spacious and clean, with all necessary facilities which made the stay very comfortable. The host was also very welcoming, and the information provided on booking were matching reality. In summary, it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice staff, helpful and always there for useful information. And the owner lady offered car drop off to the nearby train station after we checked out.

It was a beautiful retreat that allowed you to unwind in a small coastal town. The traditional Japanese breakfast was wonderful and the onsen amenities were fantastic.

Oceanside views The hosts took me to a wonderful dinner (probably the best one I've had so far in Japan) and taught me how to write haikus. They explained lots of nuisances and generally gave off the best vibes a traveller could ask for. I'm very grateful for their hospitality and kindness, if I ever return to Japan I will 100% be staying here again.

We felt so welcomed and cared for by Ken. Fresh local flowers in the room, a friendly face and comfortable room in a delightful seaside village. We were kindly dropped back to the train - a lovely experience and memory.

Such a close walk to the beach and other coves for snorkeling. Outdoor shower to wash off the sand. Food at the cafe was so convenient and delicious after spending the day at the beach. A really relaxed vibe but with all the comforts you need. Recommend getting a local lobster and asking the staff to use the bbq, so nice.
