We had a very good experience. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. They helped organize our airport pickup as well as a tuk tuk to the train in the morning and a wonderful home cooked breakfast as well. We are very happy with our stay. Would highly recommend.

We really liked the hotel. It is clean, quiet and beautiful. The polite and kind administrator helped a lot and left a very pleasant impression. We liked Sayura House so much that decided to stop here again on our way back :)

There are good restaurants down, 2 min walk down marine drive. All three bed rooms have balcony and are road/ sea / rail facing. Morning breeze and moments are amazing. Thanks

Offering a garden and garden view, House of Erskine is set in Mount Lavinia, 1.7 km from Mount Lavinia Beach and 8.3 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station. Stayed two nights with my wife. Comfortable place with a private bathroom. Large kitchen, living room and balcony. Quiet even though it's close ,100m to the main bus road.You can find many places to eat within walking distance also if you have a craving for western fast food ( McDonald's, KFC ) Close to downtown Colombo and to a nice beach.No A/C but a good ceiling fan and many windows.
