The guy is super friendly and very welcoming and helpful. It's a family atmosphere there. The breakfast was really good and the accommodation, especially the pool was perfect. To the road with the restaurants and shops its about 15mins walk along the beach. We were even invited to a little party with cake to Karls birthday, that was really nice. We were traveling with 3 small kids and the people were very much welcoming the kids, which was very nice. There is even a kitchen that you can use for cooking and each room has its own fridge.

Shops are 10 min walk from the property. Wifi is working perfectly. And there is hot water for showers. The personnel is very friendly, welcoming and helpful and can answer all your questions. I stayed there for 2 nights and went to Bentota river boat trip of 2h using the bus (30 min trip with the bus)
